You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email after purchase for you to review.
Payment for your order will be reserved on your account until we dispatch the order from our warehouse.
Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking information by email, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Not home when your order arrives: Your order will be delivered to the carrier’s local pick-up point.
Placed a large order: Large fireplaces and products are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery of a pallet, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
