Payment for your order will be reserved on your account until we dispatch the order from our warehouse.
Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.

Not home when your order arrives: Your order will be delivered to the carrier’s local pick-up point.
Placed a large order: Large fireplaces and products are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery of a pallet, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

Planika Polaris 3-sided Automatic Freestanding Bioethanol Fireplace
Polaris is a freestanding bioethanol fireplace from Planika Fires, one of the world's leading manufacturers and developers of automatic and remote-controlled bioethanol fireplaces.
The Polaris is equipped with an automatic firebox based on Planika's patented BEVTM (Burning Ethanol Vapours) technology, which vaporises the bioethanol before burning, making it possible to adjust the flames and heat output of the fireplace.
The flames of the fireplace are protected by three large pieces of glass that completely shield the flames from draughts, as well as small fingers and curious pets.
The Polaris flames can be adjusted in 2 levels using the included remote control or via the control panel on the fireplace, which is tucked away inside the fireplace door. Inside the fireplace is also where you change/refill the free standing ethanol fireplace with bioethanol. There is room for a 5-litre bottle of bioethanol, which provides up to 33 hours of burning time on a full fill.

Accessories
Planika Fires does not recommend using third-party decorative logs or stones with their bioethanol fireplaces, as this can cause overheating and damage internal components. Always use accessories approved by Planika for safety and optimal performance.
